Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes. At RK Studio, we guarantee that you will receive the exact product shown in the pictures. However, for handcrafted items, minor variations in color, texture, or finishing may occur—these differences highlight the uniqueness and craftsmanship behind each piece.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply visit the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive instructions to easily reset your password.
How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?
After you place your order, an order confirmation email with all details will be sent to your registered email. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our Customer Support team for help.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary based on your location and the weight of your parcel. The exact delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, it may be marked as “Out of Stock” or temporarily hidden from the website. You may check again later or subscribe to our restock notifications (if available) to receive an alert when it becomes available again.
How many times will the courier attempt delivery if I am unavailable?
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts to your provided address. Please ensure your address, city, and contact details are accurate during checkout. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us, and our team will contact you for further guidance.
