Returns & Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy:
RK Studio does not offer exchanges based on personal preference, dislike of the outfit, or change of mind, as all items are produced and packed specifically for each customer.
An exchange will only be provided if:
- A defective item was delivered
- An incorrect product was sent
In such cases, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible.
If an item is unavailable or delayed, the customer will be notified and assisted with an alternate product or exchange option.
For an exchange request:
- The customer must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving it.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
- All shipping charges associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy:
Returns are allowed only for defective items purchased online, provided that the product is in:
- Original condition
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- With original tags and packaging
To request a return:
- Customer must share their Order ID
- Provide the reason
- Send clear pictures of the defective item
- Submit the request within 7 days of receiving the order
Requests made beyond the 7-day period will not be accepted.
Return-based replacements can only be processed through the RK Studio online platform.
Customers may choose a replacement product from the RK Studio online store.
Shipping charges for returning defective items must be covered by the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
Orders cannot be canceled after they enter processing.
Refund Policy:
All sales are considered final.
There are:
- No cash refunds
- Exchanges are allowed only for eligible cases and can be made for products of equal or greater value
No refunds apply for overdue, unpaid orders after notice has been provided.
No changes can be applied to any order once it is in processing status.
Changes can only be made if the order is pending.
